Information in the app

The app does not require an account and does not collect or transmit personal information to us. It contains no advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics services. Its game assets are included in the app.

Motion controls

When Tilt is on (including when enabled by default), the app uses your device’s motion sensors to move the balloons and adjust the garden view. Motion samples are processed on your device, are not recorded or sent to us, and sensor updates stop while the app is in the background. You can turn Tilt off at any time. The app does not use the camera or track your eyes.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use this information to respond and resolve your request, retain it only as needed for that purpose or legal obligations, and do not sell it. You may request deletion by emailing us.

Apple services and TestFlight

Apple handles app downloads and may provide diagnostics and aggregated usage information according to your device settings and Apple’s policies. If you use the TestFlight beta, Apple may share tester information, crash reports, usage statistics, and feedback with us under its TestFlight privacy terms.

This support website

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Website requests may be processed by Cloudflare for delivery, security, and website analytics. This website activity is separate from the offline device app.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Please contact us if a child has included personal information in a support message so we can address it.

Changes

We will update this page if our privacy practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest policy.
